All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties.

Here at Revive and Thrive Integrative Medicine, our goal is to ensure patient-provider communication is secure. To meet HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance, we use a variety of services that meet compliance requirement. When signed-on as a patient, you will be provided access to Healthie. This system serves as both your electronic health record and your secure messaging with the provider.
How we protect your contact information?
Your collected contact information will be between you as a patient and providers at Revive and Thrive Integrative Medicine. Contact information will not be shared with outside parties not affiliated with our practice, except for when a referral to an outside provider, lab order, or pharmacy service is used.
What services are not HIPAA compliant?
E-mail, web contact form, and text messages are not HIPAA compliant. These contact methods are tools used to reach out to us with basic messages leaving out medical and health details, establishing contact, and coordinating scheduling. You may send whatever you wish through these methods, but, we ask that you limit what is transmitted to only essential and non-PHI information. If we receive any contact that falls under PHI information, we will respond via other secure means (i.e. Healthie or call from our main phone line).
