All costs are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We offer the ability to pay with cash, check, credit card, or 0% interest financing.
How does 0% interest work?
0% interest means you pay no extra fees on your financed amount during the terms of your loan.

Yes, you can mix any of these payment methods to suit your budget and financing preferences.

What is the cost of programs?
The cost of working with us varies depending on each individual's health needs and testing.
We have set prices for functional visits and assessments, however, appointment types and costs are discussed and set after a 15 minute discovery call or with an email / text conversation of moving forward as a functional patient. Functional testing is recommended on a patient-to-patient basis and discussed prior to ordering with costs noted at that time.
There is a set annual package for integrative primary care patients, paid monthly or annually, which can be chosen or a per visit type cost if a package is not desired.
